Purposeful Real Estate in Southeast Michigan

GoodWill Real Estate - Michigan - White-glove real estate with a purpose attached

GoodWill Real Estate was built on a simple conviction: a real estate transaction should leave the community better than it found it. With every home we close, a contribution is made from our commission proceeds to a 501(c)(3) of our client's choosing, in their name. You pick the cause. We deliver the gift.

It is why we exist, and it is where our name comes from.

When we close, you name a nonprofit that matters to you, and a check goes out in your name. Your move becomes a measurable act of good.

Our clients have directed gifts across child advocacy, animal welfare, legal access, youth development, and the arts. Recent Michigan recipients include CARE House of Oakland County, the Michigan Animal Adoption Network, and the University of Detroit Mercy Legal Aid Clinic, alongside organizations like Ubuntu Football and Theatre for Young Audiences/USA.

Rooted in Oakland County and proud of our Clarkston ties, we invest in the communities we serve across Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Metro Detroit, and beyond. Our founder's career carried her from a New York and Hudson Valley practice, where those charitable partnerships still run deep, to Michigan, where that same commitment now anchors everything we do.

This is white-glove real estate with a purpose attached. The same institutional discipline that guides our advisory work guides our giving: intentional, measurable, and built to last.

Every check tells a story. A family found their home, and a cause they care about was strengthened by it. That is the GoodWill difference.

Meet our leadership.
