Our home base is The Agency Hall & Hunter in downtown Birmingham, The Agency's first office in Michigan, and its entry point to the Midwest. The office carries the legacy of Hall & Hunter Realtors, a Birmingham institution since 1954, and is led today by managing partners Brad and Ryan Wolf alongside more than 90 real estate professionals.

Our leadership
Renée M. Williams
Renée Williams is the Founder of GoodWill Real Estate and an institutional-grade real estate advisor licensed with The Agency, focused on Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Oakland County, and Metro Detroit, with deep roots in Clarkston, her hometown.
A product of a proud military family with Michigan roots, Renée's years of travel and living abroad shaped a lasting commitment to serving others. She is bright, charming, and sharp, with the firsthand expertise to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with the confidence and transparency they have come to rely on.
A former nationally ranked rhythmic gymnast and New England Patriots cheerleader, Renée began her career as a political analyst in London's Parliament, then spent nearly a decade in Manhattan private equity as a financial analyst at one of the industry's leading value-focused real estate investment firms, the owner of NAI Global and PZR, the nation's largest zoning due diligence company. That experience, at the top tier of the industry, is the lens she brings to every client today.
Renée built her real estate practice in New York's Hudson Valley before bringing it home to Michigan. She retains strong ties and charitable partnerships across New York, which is part of what makes her a natural guide for clients relocating between the coasts and the Midwest.

Prior to founding GoodWill Real Estate, Renée stepped away from her role at C-III Capital Partners to devote more time to social impact work. She went on to lead Corporate Relations, Diversity Training, and Partnership Engagement at a minority-led technology and social impact company in SoHo, New York, connecting corporate professionals with philanthropic and board leadership opportunities at well-known nonprofits and foundations, before turning to real estate full time.
She has worked extensively with investors across mixed-use commercial and residential real estate, with firsthand property development and interior design experience on her own projects.
A Political Science graduate of Boston University with Foreign Language Studies at the London School of Economics, Renée is an active member of The Alumni Society, an elite network of senior Latinx leaders from the country's top universities.
Renée enjoys an active life of sports, travel, and adventure with her husband, a designer and real estate investor, and their three young children in Michigan.
